Fleet & max build
- Printers: Bambu H2 / H2S / H2D, Bambu P1S / P1S Combo, Reality/K2 Plus, Ender‑5 Max, Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra, Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Max.  
- Max single-piece build: 400 × 400 × 400 mm (one-piece). Larger/life-size items printed in sections and assembled.

Materials & fees
- Supported materials: full range of resins (SLA/DLP), PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, Nylon, CF‑Nylon, carbon‑fiber filled and glass‑filled filaments, engineering‑grade filaments (PPA, PAHT, PEEK — confirm names if different), specialty composites and market materials.  
- Customer‑specified or hazardous materials allowed; may incur additional fees and EPA/cleaning compliance charges. Display policy, not prices.

Layer heights, tolerances & specs
- Minimum layer height: 0.05 mm (50 μm) with ±5% tolerance.  
- Dimensional tolerance: standard ±5% (or per agreed project tolerance).  
- File types accepted: STL, OBJ, STEP (enable uploads on quote form).

Post-processing & QC
- Standard post-processing: support removal (removed by default unless customer requests supports left), sanding, priming, painting, vapor smoothing, inserts, assembly/reinforcement.  
- QC acceptance criteria:
  - Visual: no major layer separations, warping, or structural failures.
  - Dimensional: within ±5% of critical dimensions unless otherwise agreed.
  - Surface: supports removed; seams sanded to agreed finish level.
  - Documentation: photos provided before shipping.
- Reprints/Rework: production errors that violate acceptance criteria will be repaired or reprinted at no charge within limits defined in the customer contract.

Operations, lead times & shipping
- Lead times:
  - Small items (model supplied): 24–48 hours.
  - Custom modeling/CAD: variable; quoted per project.
  - Medium/large builds (sectional life‑size + post-processing): up to ~1 month depending on scale and finish.
- Shipping: default USPS; FedEx/UPS available on request. Packaging/insurance per job.
- Payments: electronic or cash/check. Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal.

Website UX & content priorities
- Prominent CTA: “Request a Quote” with file upload and project urgency selector.  
- Quote intake fields: project type, dimensions/volume, required finish, deadline, reference images, budget range (optional), shipping vs pickup, contact info, file upload, agreement checkbox for terms.  
- Technical/specs page: printer fleet, confirmed build volumes (confirm variants), min layer height & tolerances, supported materials, max single-piece size (400×400×400 mm).  
- FAQ: tolerances (±5%), recommended materials for props, turnaround expectations, file requirements, support removal default, hazardous-material policy (fees may apply), veteran discount, no in‑store visits.
